5 p/ t! a4 j5 z( s$ jAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
/ m+ f5 G  Q! S9 K; Iassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
( N$ Z) T+ c7 |group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
2 }1 L  q. I* T/ d: Fassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
# m, ~$ y% |: X/ J4 _0 H8 h) [supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
