As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
1 _! A2 A3 y4 x. B+ d7 d. Hassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
, Q  W  K# i" F* O* {addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
) J; U- {1 z5 q2 a8 ?process recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
