! T, ~- `# K! D- Y) N/ hto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
$ Q: f& W: v7 @# Fexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
/ l7 A) ^: }: D# ]0 S, ^coaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
, b  e! r% v! ^service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act

consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
