Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
+ |7 S. {9 p1 q0 Qexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
0 S1 _( \' K1 _7 Ucoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
3 Z2 n: K- ]* i% m3 K" R/ q" Ijob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.


4 O* l( K0 c+ I7 ?: JYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
. d. D0 L+ H: f# A# |- D7 `5 |+ fservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
1 `2 b; R$ L" V0 orelated HRMIS software.

Qualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
; e* q* |; o9 j5 b6 tconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
9 l8 s& C  v8 E) N2 Junionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
