prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.1 d2 _0 ~6 ?2 M# z& o6 C* J
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
* ?, \/ Z1 @+ i+ R; sartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
8 k) Z/ R% ^* pEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
, t; ]: K- n/ Hvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

1 Q( g# w$ `* l2 N3 wFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be# n/ |/ s( {8 G8 J2 S8 V
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.$ O3 Q% f/ x/ P0 O' E
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
7 Q" j- T3 s v% a. H6 Z O9 k3 fthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

0 D3 i/ ^% ?0 J s" m! e) Afestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide

7 ]& K$ X" R$ ~; }7 {! r, q$ |Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
; y4 y9 [8 o; Severyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.) ^ I% u9 o- ~. S
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed, t0 b* [1 z/ S8 K3 I9 X
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
* ], Y+ h2 O* f8 T, Vfestival.
, ?: y4 S. W8 Z; Q* rSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is( C1 V: Q: Q7 j) \8 L8 D- w0 z& h
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you/ ^) M2 |* v8 y7 b- O
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
: j% ^# i k& ?! IStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training! j7 h% n- N, x
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
+ X7 l% F! H9 \& o# u6 ~Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
% V- y5 \. @" a+ I0 B7 @3 ~& m. }required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
4 s! h* \! p' @# B" J# ]airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
4 G4 f+ h4 _* O/ @8 J) x' Z4 H) sstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
