Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and( `# f* Y: n$ u; H. z
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft/ Q, e6 f. ]5 S" x/ a
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.3 v) ~3 p7 }6 w
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
5 b. p( ^/ Q) J# D3 t: {3 u0 O( xartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
& w" ^: I8 O: `4 W; u0 _Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for# f4 N7 ?) b+ r$ P3 r2 `0 L
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the. w+ b# l3 k- a' Q$ U0 E
recyclables.* \/ f0 p. y7 w! {# E
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
& Y! M1 m& [, U2 S7 Rpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.

7 d @* \" c8 ?! m8 athem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed: \7 ~( ~3 d$ } k! r; |# ^$ j
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

8 i/ r5 k: q+ k* F1 ESite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
7 g5 D+ X% ^0 ?# F& S! p1 R( ?operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
2 \! e+ Z9 Q1 M5 S6 zare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
. T+ Z; @1 @' V7 U U& d. V9 tStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
! x5 q) E8 m, {; w% `" ^and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
3 t4 p, m# ^! p& c3 B5 I Z. KTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
& p( o, v7 U0 Brequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
$ Y6 _: F' p- ^& Z- E) Eairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival+ u+ V1 ~; Z; i( | ^9 A1 x3 R$ Z* [
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
