请教如何自己建车库

刚买了房子,可是没有车库, 不知哪位曾经自己建过车库,或有这方面经验的, 诚心请教.先谢谢了!

应该先申请licence吧。然后找个builder,这东西自己指定弄不了。最好请教一下子你的经纪人。

buy a kit from homedepot. If you are building a two-car garage. You need at least two men  to do the frame,  take about 2 days if work full time. You need 2 weeks (parttime) to finish window, shingle, siding and paint.

1.Concrete  Foundation:

. A- Q1 Q: S# t$ v5 a: u2 tb.Footings: need about 16"x8"footing reinforced with 3-15M steel Rebar continuously and 15M transverse rebar at 12" spacing
4 v# \; p# d. Dc. Concrete wall: about 8" wide by 36" heigh reinfored with 15M vertical rebar at 12" spacing and 3-15M horizontal rebar
4 z. d! s8 c9 s1 E, \# Q# id. Slab: about 5"-6" slab reinforced with 10M rebar at 12" spacing each way
e. order concrete mix from Lafarge or Inland concrete ready mix
( S" ], Q& A1 W- e7 t' Bf.pour concrete first footing, wall and last slab.

( w' ^. T  S+ u  k& _# l8 J  ^4 d5 QAfter 3days later (better 7days) you can start framing with wood and dry wall, and insulatin materials

2 k7 @8 E. N! FAll of them you need have roughly design and sketch. Estimate materials.

For dry wall you order compacted  wood compound as your size

今天去TOTEM看PACKAGE才知道TOTEM已经被RONA收购了，TOTEM和HOMEDEPOT的PACKAGE价格都要7000多，不知他们何时会有DISCOUNT，我要9月份搬家。谢谢回复。
