请教如何自己建车库

刚买了房子,可是没有车库, 不知哪位曾经自己建过车库,或有这方面经验的, 诚心请教.先谢谢了!

应该先申请licence吧。然后找个builder,这东西自己指定弄不了。最好请教一下子你的经纪人。

buy a kit from homedepot. If you are building a two-car garage. You need at least two men  to do the frame,  take about 2 days if work full time. You need 2 weeks (parttime) to finish window, shingle, siding and paint.

1.Concrete  Foundation:
a.land Flating: Need roller and pressor and get earth compaction index to civil technical requirement
) b. a" [* c2 S8 m3 z6 J0 e4 w  {: Fb.Footings: need about 16"x8"footing reinforced with 3-15M steel Rebar continuously and 15M transverse rebar at 12" spacing
c. Concrete wall: about 8" wide by 36" heigh reinfored with 15M vertical rebar at 12" spacing and 3-15M horizontal rebar
d. Slab: about 5"-6" slab reinforced with 10M rebar at 12" spacing each way
0 e/ G* h0 K/ @0 j! W+ [! ve. order concrete mix from Lafarge or Inland concrete ready mix
* S, S# S7 X- Pf.pour concrete first footing, wall and last slab.

所有的licence都去 edmonton.ca 查找。  进去输入关键词也许可以找到。
