( F& t4 v, D9 K5 g* z& KOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

+ p1 l( p: N2 a$ f% I& b" uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

. {9 l# S5 L* e% A0 G& Q1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

' p9 {3 E/ U7 F2 H3 o9 n0 e2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

9 y1 i& W* R! t0 S* R8 l+ c7 _3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
* z: W% ]* {. r! d0 }$ u, l& |Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

' v& A. ~2 s' }. w9 r3 Y$ V4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
' K" i& o0 g+ tshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
* s" a9 |; P, L7 w' t; l+ CManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

9 A% M* {4 A/ U8 L9 {1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
3 B! {4 j9 o4 ^6 E" A" P
2 |6 X. c8 i! [1 W8 g" a4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
