JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.
$ T  D# G# ]. j% x4 H
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

9 N# u8 A7 {) a  B1 _5 ], S/ ?1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
/ ]' O- N) [3 Z9 W4 E* i& oCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
9 e& T* P5 E' L6 n7 f: ~8 I
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
$ B1 r5 d& i2 G' l. h
5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

; U, D. k& F! h: f! t6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
* ~3 s9 a" c2 U$ M6 d% E  oshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
6 U+ i7 d# J6 K: r+ s5 p
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
  h) U; @" K2 P% k" z
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
4 [9 S) C2 Q- H, M! ?' T
1 c) @* L) R$ @. O7 b# j2) Previous experience with food inventories.
, _' K% x) ~. H2 i
" t  G- T7 H3 I/ r3 o4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5 n( h& K3 \: ?# Q# T5) Good public and staff relations.
