JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior

fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the

1) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager- 4 k3 R" K( Q1 x/ K
Retail in the training of part time staff8 h/ Y1 {. y3 u, H: o' s1 s

2) Responsible for supervising part time staff and & n& T1 E7 E# |, z. |
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements" Q9 F C4 m9 S5 h

3) Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager- + \. G, q' }5 Y$ M5 a# O" f
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured6 O3 A2 A s# p: i+ W4 U+ D

4) Capable and willing to work in all areas while working ' s# |4 i. H9 c/ L
various shifts as per store hours

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent! p4 I9 x% Q$ U( m* l X1 i0 A
, i' _% R- u. U0 V. J5 s2) Post secondary education would be an asset( x6 |, K1 U1 H" h
% c: w4 }' @$ p9 i) s% \- |3) Previous supervisory experience would be an asset
