/ e% Z3 v( G) b9 FJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
* Y8 C) P0 A7 [6 N6 x  H- vOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

' x3 s& o5 g+ Z) v; e/ Y# wDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
. J5 `: Z' e+ w; k" @  n/ z1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.
+ X3 H- i/ A2 T' ?
2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
; F0 g2 n$ b; m& M, S4 vclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
, v+ p% U$ m- s4 f. X
* ~- H; v$ l/ R3 U3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
5 k# d9 i9 N9 i4 o* {6 l- Rwork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

5 z: d# S8 ~+ V* t: I9 q& ?+ C6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
) S  c7 t' F4 @" C* v& C% b; c1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
  l: [# t6 C# T* J+ _2 Gfood handling and storage techniques.
+ @' ]( `# O7 X  C* U* w& B
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
% y  x5 [) [: k1 J
3 w) w* z. i3 ~3) Cashier experience.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
5 ~; G1 V, p; {1 `7 |% o. _2 c
% a. a# u) x/ E4 l3 B8 H6 Z2 J5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.24/hr + 50% discount on personal food ordered at L´Express  
to eat while on shift break

Shift:            Four weeks July 3 to July 27 A.M. cashier 6:30a.m.
