1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 20007 M) W8 O c W! W n& e0 a# [7 ~
( T% @% l2 j" M/ }& v2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.

& L5 r& k' E+ k3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.5 S7 F" H. i7 c

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing
% h! J9 p3 D7 |: [7 i1 g2 Z6 Yadequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations
+ m. b7 t: h' V6 }6 wacross campus, and advertising the poll locations.

! l! \$ i4 U% Q* p* r8 g' N" ~; E. R* h5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

6) To report the result of an election/referendum to the appropriate

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

minimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during . M( B7 r9 Z5 X* `# D9 |9 U

for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students'

2) Must have some experience in student elections.$ {% ?/ x0 k) w
0 j6 D( ^3 Y: K; F. o3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or ! R X! t3 m' Y7 l \
any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position
