JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Returning Officer reports to the President of

1) To run the elections as per Bylaws 20000 b4 `& p# o9 ~) O

3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.8 A% w" Z" M$ p7 i5 {. K

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing 1 E: D* V& r! S
adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations " @6 V5 @3 P! c

To enforce budgetary regulations as stipulated in the Elections

from the first working day after nominations close until the last day

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

( u/ s# o, o/ |( q% r& hprocess is in place.

QUALIFICATIONS:

for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' ' d8 Z' Z5 \. D0 y, P
Union member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.
( o0 ^$ E8 C! r: d; }( f7 U, }, Z% V/ X
3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or , z: `, Y. x$ x: X
any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position
$ W* |/ D% }3 cwith the Students' Union.

4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours.
