Property Tax Assessment 涨了3.5倍

这个assessment是不是只是地价啊? 不是全部房子的价格吧? 请高手说说, single house, townhouse, condo的property tax assessment到底怎么计算的?

我的assessment估价只有全部房子的一半, 但2006年assessment只有7万, 现在涨了3倍多啊.

根据说明，估价表上的价格应该是同类房子在当地一定时间内的平均交易价，不光是地。

About 1 1/2 year after your possession, it goes up 3 ~ 4 times.

First year maybe lot price only. Then it's your purchase price.
