JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
4 n2 H8 Y- `1 i4 ]8 I; B(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
( ^" O; x/ e4 F5 n0 b% K3 R/ C5 [policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

( H; _" w0 |" e" D+ ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% B9 |+ j8 q5 e" ^1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
! {8 e* f: y" I7 iand are University affiliated.

0 b2 L% O" I1 l8 U0 F2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
: i* D8 l8 j( S! I
3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
" z! f& W3 R- p$ a5 L/ D7 L( V9 o9 Yof garbage.

% `# _  ~3 @$ G" ^% Y- Q* k4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
& D% D: Y: N. e1 m& p  gconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service

$ y1 v; o+ H1 x' t6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
: X0 b1 A$ g2 pManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

. Z$ B5 {( K/ b2 m2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
) A  M: U% R6 z4 @$ ^2 Bof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

% G. h/ L: ?! k* M, Q  j% d; O  U8 E4) Must be physically capable.

; m; @* i5 x1 h* j7 f5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general

Shift: 6 - 12 hours per week, 7pm - 1am Fridays and Saturdays
