JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
3 A$ [' P8 a# u& f(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT 6 D. H3 K8 n+ ~' }( k; q; I
policies. Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.5 l' T$ T8 U* n% @& Z: Q- ~

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
; v- ^/ n# H& J$ A1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age
$ O. ?) m5 G. K8 t7 c/ g& I' Mand are University affiliated.3 |4 x# d, n8 w8 w( D
4 d: \4 A3 v, V1 a6 B2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

4 F6 I( N1 I- B' y; f3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free ( C* \) @9 t, Q. k2 Y* Z1 z
of garbage.

' v& m5 G H4 o5 K" Fconsumption of alcohol, altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service 2 \# r2 q. L. d5 y+ l3 e
area when required.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.3 D! Q5 `2 {- d7 E

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety
3 I( u1 V$ s2 W; Dof patrons and/or possible negative situations. To be able to work 7 L* d; v! @* b# v+ I' S! F
calmly under extremely stressful conditions.
