+ D: C# e& p+ d* p! b) ?$ A1. Serve as a key business and licensing role within a cross-functional team for identification, evaluation and licensing of strategically important technologies.
6 r: k" @8 c- T) c5 o2. Manage technology alliance activities, including the coordination of appropriate agreements’ execution, alliance negotiations, and post-deal compliance in China. 9 X! @" w; l$ N6 R \3 |. I5 h1 P
3. Develop business plan and strategy to integrate new technology into existing global research and business platforms.

* f; N B/ U& i! @1. MBA and/or advanced scientific degree in agricultural biotechnology related fields (such as plant molecular, cellular and developmental biology, genomics, and plant genetics, bioinformatics, etc.) are highly desirable.
) C& n, j8 P, }! X( ~2. Proven experience in technology identification and licensing within China, or equivalent experience with biotechnology research and commercial licensing agreements is preferred.* a! l' D5 ^. i8 i" q( t0 M" R
3. Working knowledge of Intellectual Property policies, including Chinese and international patent regulations and procedures would be advantageous.
* t, ]) `% u) \) s0 K0 U4. Productive business and scientific interactions and good relationships with major biotechnology institutes in China would be advantageous.
