•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
8 F$ N4 A6 L  s6 s: a" \5 u) d3 pKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
) M9 \( i& {4 ^' Y, G+ o1 A6 q) O' ~4 @•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
7 a: E8 e, ]: ~1 n9 f+ r•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
, p) l  i0 f8 L/ t" O+ N0 M, v0 L•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
5 n8 B4 r# H9 L; F( l! q•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:
! R" t. g3 ?" C2 i8 N
•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
/ N* @, M7 z9 s; N! Q: d•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
