•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
, Q4 W5 K1 k- iKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
! r0 @) h; |& F; [•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

: _  S3 j+ p% X# R4 r•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
