" u% |8 S: @* n" @5 I/ d0 C0 }•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
$ [) X. Y, x3 w7 C: HKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
( Q4 r* z& K. Q! B/ F; d, M0 O•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
* J' |* d4 H4 N3 t5 u' o•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.

6 k1 b: U( l8 y# }. d# \0 e•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
7 E. Z' l) D8 E•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
