•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
% s, `6 _; S! ~8 f0 K! \- _Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
# U4 u5 P% t$ b6 Y* E, ~4 r' m/ M•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
, A' g& a1 M& U' `6 `•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
+ w9 c( D* e0 @& K% @•        Control store-operating expenses.
$ F3 J/ u9 ]7 j0 p, z4 q; h' b) b•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

; [* J/ X+ o$ NREQUIREMENTS:
# D/ \, e' {1 m0 _5 k
) v! r7 i$ a$ p# T- [•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
- `; b; U" g2 e: r7 F+ Z' L. z•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 l* w6 O. F) D; F% q' ?•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
( _5 `' h* B1 K5 a6 ^, b$ ]3 S•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

•        Strong Leadership skills.
