' b) m1 }; a* s3 G# s( ^6 U. E! J•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
/ Y# k& y1 V+ ?% X•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 [6 j* G$ x& [, Z•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
+ _1 L# J! _# b# p9 n•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
3 G' ]4 ]! I6 u1 Y4 n& _•        Excellent customer service skills.
  i( q1 t8 k  ?: |3 y•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
5 I9 R$ h. q4 E/ F# o- ^  H( J•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
