POSITION SUMMARY:

4 d/ b$ f/ j. Q) a% @; u5 m+ `8 V•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
, O9 L$ b& x% k9 ~& V+ hDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
( m& ?* K7 {% k, ?2 ~1 v& [•        Control store-operating expenses.
" ]' X+ ~# p& }3 }9 Z•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
2 X7 t$ H, Z3 _4 v/ k•        Maintain employee files and records.
) I) [/ w' I; q+ _/ y•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

0 V$ [- T0 P( j; X: d: j/ m•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
" l. }% t/ J; _- n•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: A0 W7 j+ [; F0 V•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
% K1 q) `/ U$ p  _•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
