POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
5 P5 X% A4 [/ E) A( E$ p& I: t4 E•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
9 ^  k3 W6 ?! z; ]5 T•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
  S2 I+ D6 ^% C: N+ b, M) `•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
9 u' {2 e; I& x: g8 q& j2 G0 T•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

9 n: c, f4 s' a0 V- \•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
8 a1 f  Y3 J$ {1 |9 k•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& b( e. A4 J! C8 |•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
3 y$ l" z# t. W' K•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
$ q, x" v" _" c6 {8 `•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
