•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
$ q2 \" j/ Q& z) ^; k9 _/ a" S•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
6 N% i# u4 B9 B0 z- A•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

7 C5 \" F8 G" n! A7 Z; W•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
9 a4 M; T1 r" D) X5 L•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
