5 W2 Z: X, u. F3 U8 J' N0 x2 {' F" t•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

•        Lead by example in company service standards.
/ Q# n. j- X- O4 S2 _; |•        Manage store physical inventory.
) s7 ?7 l! x% h' [•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

6 S2 l1 h% |9 g5 e1 P•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
, L* A( I1 L( q6 H•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
% i2 F2 a- @& ~$ \5 I•        Excellent customer service skills.
- ~( Q3 t3 `4 ]•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
