. y6 m9 Y" u. h3 a. J) q•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
: }3 m& D# I) ^" S# f  aDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
7 B, ~7 j# N% h•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
9 D3 R6 z7 d0 f0 i
+ J) L5 M/ t. \7 \" B: A7 U•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
, l# {$ ?( D4 ]6 D' ?* x: e•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
