Just like your name, mobile home does not have a land (or lot). Your house is located on a rented land. So you need ( |( x. N4 Y3 j" `to pay the land rent every month. The owner of the lank can increase the land without the limit. Once he raise the ; T/ k& _' D* j# m2 r' e
rent to a price that you don't satisfy, you have to move to other land. That will be a big pain to you.
