Chej Property Management Inc. is hiring a Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties in North Edmonton. This role requires strong communication, customer-service skills, and hands-on property management experience.

Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible

Requirements
. I4 {2 u4 x, u3 y+ HMinimum 6 months of customer-service–related experience
Post-secondary degree

Preferred
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Canadian post-secondary credential
Class 5 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
6 v1 F5 b) Q, N/ z; aInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
+ [' T1 B9 H# A% R8 G% _. U+ ~Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
" K" w# ^$ r+ U7 B+ ICommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
2 W* Y! S2 B& y1 k* d& XMonitor repair status and property condition
/ T$ |1 [; c. ~Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
