Job Title: Property Management Assistant

Work time: 8 hours per shift every workday
Salary: $2,700 - $3,300 per month.

4 P- }# O$ M1 VFollow up on rent payments and track arrears
7 X, N2 @9 Q( X3 T5 d2 |' p, dConduct move-in / move-out inspections
Handle basic bookkeeping for different accounts
; F  j% N/ w- s2 d: a0 m4 fAssist with maintenance coordination
' h5 e+ @- p! N. y$ kRespond to tenant inquiries
