Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

E$ y* s) Y8 |6 {8 y; [* J4 xDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
/ [5 `' J5 M( j2 j1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS;
6 S; O8 m$ A* V9 o/ h1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough
1 n' v: p, L- d+ n7 F- r0 V6 qknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.* A0 z7 z" a2 O* a% e1 X& O
/ b, r, V1 K1 z# P! L# t9 |2) Previous experience with food inventories.
+ {9 W C/ f/ V0 J, Q+ ~5 C! u( b$ y, E* l
3) Cashier experience.
8 B, T R1 {& B9 T4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene., ]! p) B( D% z) \0 ^0 v
8 x- \) ~ Q' O$ f; F5) Very good public and staff relations.; G @6 k/ a0 k

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
