JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the
+ c8 ]1 e4 D. SOperations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the 8 H* t, [* w2 H2 b( v/ m7 D/ ^% Q
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service, ; c1 `: x" x' b" O
cleanliness and order in the bar.& e, y$ B+ t+ P( c$ `4 i

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:9 c5 K1 X! m [4 G
1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and 0 y# Z; x* [8 ?! D% Q' }
beverage items.

& I1 n+ H/ d) h% t. z' s2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the 9 T0 ]9 ^, r* ?) V# X
bar and debit floats. H* P% s( h% Y0 M7 Q
" I9 e' C" \9 f( w$ W+ n2 ]3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of
' K1 D& d$ E, h( j( g1 l' Xeach shift, and upon closing.( g* x, z$ M* @7 H5 {/ ^
7 M4 K# x9 Y% {- u. e# t1 D6 @4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular ; W+ O. P X9 k( U4 x# n5 {7 \
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
, L( {3 D* A# o3 P6 zseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
) y1 R+ w' F9 E3 d$ T- O$ m) `storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol - |( O# ~! |$ v/ B
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6 n+ p2 q& p" J: F% P6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close
% j9 T8 W" H0 P1 O+ E: s, wmonitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 4 t4 {4 J( K* k, U, n) r
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

QUALIFICATIONS:
