Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

cleanliness and order in the bar.

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and - }( D* p- o$ f
beverage items.

- C5 x! @/ u) ?3 s) [' @2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the

! `! a" ~1 G' r$ o1 `( a3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of : M- a2 B) Q% C, a- x# I
each shift, and upon closing.

6 T- S6 G7 P" z4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular 7 y" ~ d% \1 d- G) t
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and

storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
+ i H R. D7 qproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.- k6 N3 u! n; k/ J$ |0 n' b

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close

high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in
