JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

4 E* ]' |" Y* ]5 q3 q6 Y1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage 8 i; J4 P. v4 B
orders.

7 {. K4 }' n$ @( z, ~' I2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
" ?3 P* E& X' I) Whigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in

! H: l& ^. C9 v1 A3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 5 w7 B, y8 w! D, m/ g* r3 S/ E& {( R8 L5 `
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
' [6 s8 K9 o* E* uincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

* t. U# D+ q6 {/ N+ M5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate
+ T1 f+ l/ h' W# \: Taction when necessary in accordance with established Server ; b% P: p. t* M& [: q/ q0 x
intervention procedures and provincial liquor laws.9 `6 k ]4 t' O I# Z/ y; M
6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health 6 t) T6 \, N @. b0 P1 C6 X, J
Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS;1 H$ p4 M, N9 O7 \) T
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

0 z8 n6 W9 @2 F8 G; K0 f/ X8 i& A2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based 6 f$ u7 Q M* q( Y& t" i4 c
operation.

$ W: E% k* H9 ]8 d( G' l4 L; n3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge ! \+ a9 {8 l9 o, q& M t
