Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for 9 O1 e" d5 M( ^# L) i6 d& d
carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of 3 E, b) p$ a. b3 Y( q' r
customer service and room cleanliness.

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

. z; F+ l/ _# k! o2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
9 V: V9 F2 u h0 _- k. F* H1 Xhigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the % Y- Y7 L+ R8 c2 z9 ^/ [9 J2 n
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.

. t/ E2 }6 a. K D4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
1 a" D/ s. J( e# p) g" Cincluding regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal " H. x2 l$ |7 s8 D% n/ N, Y4 a5 x/ V
and ensuring floor surface cleanliness.

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health
! X/ a; ^# S$ vAuthority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

operation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
