1. Able to communicate fluently in English

4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails0 I3 ~7 `' S" s4 C& X$ J
5. Has class 5 drivers license
8 e0 A3 j) m6 z* b7 o$ T8 I2 b ]6 V6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
6 j' k% s& o) |' }' J1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools. E2 p5 x: O* O, b v, i# O
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
5 P! z/ [( I0 n8 C l3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
/ \. m- w4 N2 K$ Q0 }4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
B1 P$ o2 M/ [8 k/ M: q8 O5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
. c* ^' z6 F! ?( A* ~0 Q/ l5 i2 Y6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
