8 h! ?7 E/ I9 r/ j" U8 G! ]! P1 Q1. Able to communicate fluently in English
2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
" b  B9 D3 H0 a. j/ G) h# U' J3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
. ?& L: d) T- E1 {6 ~5. Has class 5 drivers license
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
4 w0 v+ {' ^7 `8 q2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
: a7 ]  |8 n7 |* C: k% y8 i% A. _3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
$ w" }) K3 y3 H: ]4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
* d% x7 H' E. {8 u3 ^$ m& g# l$ |) Q# @5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
