2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance% \/ s8 J% I0 |/ J: Y, g- L) C
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
+ R$ Z( q- {% y, n4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails6 A% J# |! b* G) j2 h& }+ e% C
5. Has class 5 drivers license5 m1 \4 O* z, X: L- a; l+ U
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field$ ~( R+ K1 e, c ]1 r6 e; s

3 c/ c6 B. O5 H: |( q1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
* Y0 \& C2 ]# m3 G% @2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
5 A* K+ w& A* v. g3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
) |$ V7 I7 d$ s5 Q6 m/ T, B1 S4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
