Requirement:

2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance
. X7 r+ c! Z, S4 o# v* Z. N3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
+ T; o, e. V7 @% L$ i4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
4 L. \7 R Y6 N3 q9 I' O5. Has class 5 drivers license
* T7 Z7 E ?1 S# |( S" }6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools$ ?( |+ F- y5 k+ L$ t f( j6 h
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks+ L* h; J5 H7 t C
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties3 U( A7 e% r6 ~/ o2 { u9 x
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
% [& X. X( t. K: m* M9 ]5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs& x8 J* C+ \6 {8 i! F8 A0 k2 ]
