3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions

& \, f, @* n% N& Z6. At least 1-year work experience in any field

Job Duties:
) i! f9 d' h! y1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools- @+ ~2 ~) `& q s1 v
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks7 ?2 ^$ a1 X$ `4 Z) d1 `* V# u
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
% x. v5 c2 v. j4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices- o( Z. q+ g; K6 A% i6 I
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs( L3 W" Y+ V3 e* p5 ?3 ?6 j) J1 X8 \
