5. Has class 5 drivers license8 u4 P4 w! t4 L8 r
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field0 a! D5 K8 k, |

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools, u; N1 l' ~% E. D# h9 g
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
/ X; z6 h! j9 S0 q; @+ U2 U# ]: c3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties9 s- b- w& Z" `1 u0 M0 v
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
6 \) @- ^; V5 \$ k- g6 L5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
