We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.* o' f& T. z2 l5 f5 Y8 o s
A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance
7 f e" U9 [5 I) x% M, u' tPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.: @' m8 m: D/ \- G: K9 A
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
: k% N' n) d3 l6 CEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
" |) I$ w% b8 u9 ]) ?Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
. n6 q$ u9 A; cConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
