Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.1 r" H& r% b7 B$ `9 w
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
+ V0 m5 |% \8 h8 S* c4 e- i. f0 fMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.8 [1 @# ?+ o7 \

Maintenance
5 Q2 J# ?$ f' x, gPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.* K7 q* o. `9 {' @
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
1 P+ a# ?/ Z2 S4 g8 T$ e# cEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.% M/ o7 r* l; B- t
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
$ C$ C* `/ k6 Q9 M3 u9 XConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
' w, Q: b7 a, `6 x2 Q2 Q* b5 tPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
