As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. Maintenance
1 L/ X' I& Q+ I+ t! `9 sPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
9 }1 A' }: M& X+ hMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
$ _' T6 U K9 O' P; Z1 H$ h, z# O# ]& GEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
& y) L; L$ w5 {Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
% `* B+ g3 y/ M8 b( ^Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
( R( w& i7 G5 l& p9 i' EPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.( D! ?; Z9 n" U( A
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
