Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
+ l8 _+ r" f% Q5 u2 ZMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.; l: \6 H8 D- o7 G0 P1 N& H! Y

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

4 w: |. [3 [* \) VEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
# J5 h, }) W8 S. d; JSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
8 P5 ^* C% f# W$ D+ l' \* T6 Y/ gConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.5 o/ i1 }* x- v6 x; S( j
