Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

Maintenance
5 A1 _: M% ?+ [# }! _9 t7 }: hPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
