Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
1 N* v7 n5 d5 ~* w4 \Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.5 f* @/ S9 \5 i8 {5 r
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
7 q1 U c- g" K6 KEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
1 T' ~& e2 L2 j8 q' XSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
- {& K4 l" u* c2 YConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
