Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

6 k. ^+ a/ ~5 F1 IDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
& F7 ~6 E2 y: Manswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
+ c) e- p  x2 p. d7 l9 g+ F  Imaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
& ~; ~7 _3 P8 ]' Z8 K5 Daddresses and general office duties.

* W/ o+ V! @. t, aQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
$ ?1 b2 s7 A( L% rskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
; C6 L9 q" ~5 X) M3 Mproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
  X/ ~% G! ^# s+ Tan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
: \1 k, X8 ?& N" w3 i7 I. u3 s4 \directions.
