$ M$ _$ l" ~' s! n" z4 aStudent Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
# }; G' X. {3 z
* d+ w* q( `- H: s, |+ dDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
- R0 L* k' k) G; X3 H4 Banswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
- v9 K+ P8 m5 K! w* l0 zadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
2 q% E8 U7 Y" w: [* xpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
4 r* i% A2 B( C" Pskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
7 S0 \4 F5 v, ~% M$ ?3 L7 man asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
