* G1 Z% p- O9 Y1 sSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
$ b6 E" ~9 ?, [- w7 u. nanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
; C1 ?9 l8 {( `' y9 D8 `3 w# jadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

! ?+ p3 ^! Q6 ~- H9 V$ u6 R3 Y, RQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
$ N! U# p/ ~+ U1 a; F' Tskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
$ j$ _* z/ z3 D$ f3 Xproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
/ Q( j; {9 U4 T. Ran asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
