Student Intern.

* p1 f* b1 x0 ?- U) L5 p" X0 bSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
9 b+ b  x5 K% |9 L! Canswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
0 z* i5 _; ?, M4 n( U! p! D. ]7 L1 D6 G6 tmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
9 b, I" m% y: o; R- |% Jadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
9 v1 O' Z- T/ ^& n& w3 L, g4 m$ wpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
1 S1 c7 C. T+ a" G  Nskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
" K7 a) ?2 p; n  [directions.
