Job Summary:
* g* ^/ f2 G' e# u( J* Q1 ~The Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

9 v3 j0 C& D) l' RMust be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials0 J8 H+ V6 P8 G, Z
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

, o$ |. j X$ M0 uMust be able to work safely at all times$ w) v$ y5 k. B$ Z0 {7 w6 ^ \& b! c
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently8 M7 @" a' p+ s8 E

Observes and reports any safety issues

Metal recycling industry experience is an asset

High school diploma (Or GED)

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
