1) Manage Front Office operations, and oversee operations of the Motel

2) High degree of attention to detail and professionalism

/ D0 i2 W; A, S3 E" J6 I; U& x3) Demonstrated commitment to finding new and better ways of working by applying learning, feedback and experience

) B6 E4 q) F2 ~2 y1 g# a4) Results oriented with the ability to be flexible

5) Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated and prepared to exceed our guest and employee expectations

1 Y$ g  Q4 q$ {- G  W; C6) Knowledge of Microsoft excel/ word

7) Conduct DAILY room inspections for cleanliness and maintenance

8) English communication skills

Compensation:
$ e6 H$ T( _; q2 e% o- TSalary: $60,000.00 Per year plus performance-based bonuses.
