Job duties:

3. Maintenance requests follow up5 Y: o0 d0 e- a% w) J; `
4. Handling phone calls and emails8 w( b4 t. e3 I
5. Bookkeeping. @/ A( k9 p8 Y9 W6 e4 B
6. Visit the building and enter the units; q. r2 l8 ~( R7 I3 b2 Q1 A- R
