First-time homebuyers in Edmonton will get a break. A unique, made-in-Edmonton program will put up to 1,000 new homes on the market and help ease Edmonton’s new home crunch.

9 s% W2 E  h) B3 d! XThanks to an exemption to the Municipal Government Act and the support of Edmonton City Council and the Edmonton-area school boards, the First-time Homebuyers Program will transform 20 unused school sites in city neighbourhoods into potential locations for new homes.
