Job Description:

! w/ w$ I* d/ b9 Y3 g( v  a· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.
& h& _7 t1 i* j# w
; O, `* e6 L$ K, T7 G· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

' D, s  z! }& g( y· Inventory planning

· Customer relationship management.

· Operating independent marketing projects under the direction.
+ l) L/ R7 ]; z! u! m& G) \
· Data collection and data analysis.
$ }1 u, L$ s5 P6 }$ @( u6 M! w
/ R  L. B6 N4 a9 z0 W) m; M· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

9 v9 \3 F' |" l1 j· Completing specific tasks directed by online business manager.

  D6 G, c, W- L9 i· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

1) Monday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

2) Tuesday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

· Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.
