MadeFresh Foods Inc. is a fresh food manufacturer providing high-quality ready-to-eat food to your local grocery store.   MadeFresh Foods Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a part time position in Edmonton, AB.
Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
/ |% H# R' h" R# E1 |4 i( l2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
( V2 m, J" d6 }5 V+ B5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
1 G9 Y8 z$ G3 Y' H1 j1 D. V6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
+ v) \1 [, l' dSkills and specifications:
2 F4 l2 {9 N; F% c, K# o3 n# z1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
4 W" k) G0 s/ w. K0 i2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
