Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1 `+ l* P, K" P/ \' Q! C1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
* g/ |' x1 F& L- f; g# m2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
8 d5 v( @& p3 _! J, t0 q4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6 l) D. f9 x5 v7 F- J6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned

( z4 p9 V3 E4 K# @7 f5 [1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
; m. N* i: [. G8 s0 S; ~' F! N* D# X$ L3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
% [9 j3 H3 D. d$ u* E6 ]: E& Z/ Y4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
