/ n" O/ J) p/ q4 K* FBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
8 g1 ~9 Z/ ~+ \8 C- r4 x1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
+ k; }- p. `' K$ ?6 K% K8 b5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
; V: D5 }, D- z; q$ ~7. Other duties as assigned
! R5 M4 w- c$ ~; B1 |, `! GSkills and specifications:
8 \% f2 o: t& s# a1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
5 W) O1 A3 A- Y& |! W8 N4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
