Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

9 v' z. h1 C# w3 P/ {2 r1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
; z. T, E2 w1 T# w2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
* N  D. X0 r1 W2 |. T3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
. m) `) ~  w% `; r. e  N8 V5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
% e, o0 U4 Y' C$ P* }; c/ M& p7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
" `' Y8 C5 o$ `5 j2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
/ w4 g) z6 [( w8 ]  p4 L  z! x  H+ Q+ n4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
