Develop and maintain a filing system1 k% }" f' J, w
Update and maintain office policies and procedures+ e& t( ]& r6 k% P+ M
Submit and reconcile expense reports

7 M* I% t* H/ W, e/ ^; FLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
