Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

& q( l+ H& } Z3 TAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

; ]% [* ^8 h, |: x# DUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
% D( X3 U8 a" R4 S, nLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers ?! d) {. {0 ]- O0 c$ \ t& h0 T

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
