Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
3 h# C& L M% `; O, CCreate email templates for operations department/ L. d$ p0 j! U4 p5 n; t
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
5 D- E! X1 w! }, F7 BDevelop and maintain a filing system
' @4 T4 {+ b. OUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
$ s0 m0 ?$ b8 z$ Y/ F4 tSubmit and reconcile expense reports" x7 f- N L% l7 M S/ f
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients& E" _1 l) |( Y& \4 r
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy/ C8 G. w) U2 _& p
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
