工作职责
. O% z; L7 f4 N' x- q/ h3 ?/ wŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
6 C8 Y% A, E4 K4 o2 GŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; G1 W9 O7 z4 ]Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
9 ~6 w' r6 d) wŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
2 Y& U8 }% Q9 GŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
+ c0 p+ `6 n2 S5 U" eŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
0 h8 P+ O4 P; A2 ]3 ]% k) VŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
3 V# n# v; z: y9 W( ?Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
$ E9 h! n  _( _Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
( s: X4 A" f- UŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
( s0 s3 M8 N0 L1 f. H; F$ iŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
) j: d3 x* Z+ V: c$ G1 X2 QŸ   Computer experience required.
7 Y% d* {- K4 t9 A6 W6 v2 E  c' mExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
