工作职责
* B6 N; g8 @8 o. r) n  iŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
4 ?. r( O% `8 a/ S* a, iŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 P( c5 X, n# }* ~5 I% ~* v/ y& wŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
* U7 a, {, i& v9 X$ z' QŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
- j3 t$ S; k+ @; ~. N$ ]7 \' E) kŸ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

9 n( d( U1 n! P; nŸ   Computer experience required.
2 N; a3 y- ?/ kExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
