工作职责
! G% z7 B" M8 `( s2 V/ C+ ZŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
4 A0 c! X- o9 M: x$ M+ ]- q* j9 IŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
6 }6 l' ^3 ]0 cŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
$ u0 [  U4 P8 f% QŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
& a' h* \; Z/ U) _1 |( F7 kŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
* S& b( r  ?7 Q0 ]Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 H* @6 l: S0 V! ~  d: y+ d7 qŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
" A8 w5 V; H6 g0 R. V$ E% Q3 [Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
5 d) _2 M9 k' B% i3 K% yŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
4 I) F9 s8 Q* x/ u& E* ]* c1 N6 \6 QŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
