-Job Description
, `( `+ l9 i) b. E- ?7 l# IThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
& r& b3 X$ W. A. H. PCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
1 a3 I9 J, L5 P8 oEnsure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
" s* w. R. g+ o" Z/ J" hProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
! D4 C" J4 B3 CMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
8 O4 v7 T# e4 W! f6 O) I/ ZOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
