Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
# e' }* I" H: c; Q4 HResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.( K% {3 ~; x5 ?, ~9 U4 a
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
# \7 D% y7 Y) I1 |0 W* RNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
; {0 u- Z2 _' i. d) u1 ~, c2 J& AImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
' ?' ] t& e7 G2 B3 N) ]* O0 ]. dBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.* N& n8 `% d1 V
