Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
1 b$ q/ C* C+ XResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
, v h5 ?9 |8 e0 O9 vResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
7 z) \/ S( ^6 [6 j9 rResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
' a3 i7 T, Z2 jResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users. p7 i, f) L- A" P$ G2 c+ [
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
/ N% o6 R m X ]Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.) Y5 ?5 ]6 |* {* G
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.# W5 K l3 L2 r0 P$ U( I5 f$ ]$ L
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc./ W9 [" O4 ?+ l3 ^4 w
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
