CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
6 v6 e: `- v+ O. o•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
2 q' B1 h+ y, u•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
( b' O+ h* u: N# ?, V4 x•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
9 c/ ?$ Z: x9 @* V) K•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
# n* f7 W8 L* d  ~, v6 B/ W•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
3 {$ g: Q6 ~8 a•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
9 `1 ~6 w1 h, Y& o•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
& f7 [8 W' Y7 b•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

! _6 d& S4 J' \' ?Accountant Requirements:
9 h2 Q2 t# E2 s& r
8 N' b2 ^% c% v) _•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
- o% P# r: c" G. y* s3 E•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
