CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

6 }1 i, F7 d: R2 r, [Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
! k! ]. A& |3 J. J; _" d' d•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
4 H, M* h5 _" \( q: k% X•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
' w0 V5 l2 C+ @( M2 Y) J•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
: z) N; L2 U/ }0 B•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
3 G4 d5 h: S  n8 u•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  n3 J- O5 I7 J•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- [5 _; ^. u' L7 T; o; ^% U•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9 C' F( l4 v/ e•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

% O% h' v0 t1 Y+ B0 bSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
