CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

7 W: Q  Q. ^6 S7 K8 c•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
9 D( w* }3 {( |% t•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
' P* E1 w! C8 D9 k. i•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
! `& O! A+ g' K' s5 Z% F* a•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
. F) ?8 }# ^/ o3 T
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
5 v; _8 w& ?  u: a# D•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
& @) H) P* G* Q/ w7 Q•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
6 j$ L8 g1 Z% V; C. i•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
