IS Macewan GOOD LOCATION?

Any comments for this area, good or bad, how about the elementary school.

为什么呢？北面的Twin Brooks不错，南面的Rutherford也可以，111 Street对面的Richford的有些房子价格不菲，为啥就MacEwan不好呢？

楼上的意思是，因为MacEwan容积率高，也就是多层和attached的房子比较多，密度高。
这个有道理，差不多的地段，肯定是低密度的小区质量高。

Macewan是个不错的小区,不过房屋密度过高,开发商没怎么留下树和大空地草地,所以现在价钱不如Rutherford

为啥都往南区跑,西区也不错啊,也有好学校,有医院,有大MALL,有大同华,也有ANTONY高速
) B3 `$ x" \3 a& P6 {& L) u而且EDMONTON最贵房价的区是在西边的博物馆付近那几个区,有个房子都400万了.

do you have more specific idea what community is better(with good Elementary school), even SW, Macewan is not as good as some others.

Yes, i want to move to Vancouver if i got a job there. at least there are green already now.
