Job Responsibilities:

7 O8 p1 D! r6 A& ?9 K• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
9 V  X6 h9 \; y' {0 g- d9 r1 t) \• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
' |, |1 i5 W8 O  M5 r• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
) n; O6 V0 [$ F' g; K" E# Y• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
) S, b# e% y( W' q• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

7 M9 f/ ~. K9 v, I  v. N• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
