. y1 f% l: J7 y$ X6 j; P8 t7 A9 ~• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
* I, R, N( H/ I3 `& G5 g" z• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
# s8 Y- \. `( M8 `' S• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
. t5 P* o4 J  B: u) t9 H" K5 _• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
  K2 Q' n; A; s, C4 j• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
2 Q8 O& {( e6 @, ^5 S* W$ a• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
) U8 f, Q% C& _( P6 E7 N• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
9 Q4 j0 M, \9 V9 l) |  r' b• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- |8 o7 f+ {4 v9 [$ f• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
$ G& L. X0 T+ h2 z5 l6 H* W* j/ J• Previous customer service experience
- B1 U' ^; o% s2 B, T- B4 n. X/ O• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
