• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
6 L' z8 S/ _4 i; e  `• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
( _( b3 T7 ?. h6 w• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
0 {& ?% Y4 H% u# F. P( ?• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
6 m5 u& \* `, F! g5 o• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
0 L; g1 y' i0 \' f3 T; E• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
5 z- T& `  V. A, @% b5 C2 S• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

! G7 F! o0 Y" a3 u3 I, ]• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
