- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.

- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
' c* q- h3 w$ Y- n$ w- q- Professional appearance and attitude.
9 N0 m5 N$ C$ V5 s! n' Z% d- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
3 A1 m5 a" ?$ T$ D! s1 j- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
