- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
7 F' R9 F7 q% T! _! v- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
; D7 L  m& T8 P: \: ~5 |- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
& {$ k, H3 R9 r5 ]( k- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
' {/ }( k* q! {8 F# i" d- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
% n4 q' F) b1 h4 D! a- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
% S9 W: ]0 [7 n/ r& I1 ^% Z- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
# s- f1 L) z' c+ }9 U- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
