3 A, i2 r" X9 w3 d1 _-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
$ M% g* ~4 b0 e/ b/ h  X8 Y-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
8 }7 R2 U# I. @$ c-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- d# ?% {0 _/ B  @  q; E  S  y-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
: G) v; [0 h" J. Z0 X6 o-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
: a0 k- K1 a" @* |2 C' B2 g- Y-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
0 m3 e$ N' P5 w" i-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
: v' ^. i8 m( u-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
