PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.
3 W( @; t5 y& VConfiguration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
% f8 M( Z, U' N9 TRead and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
/ u( B/ o! M* O( w5 a( D1 nCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables.( f+ \( B& G, `& d) x
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications7 M* H- {5 r8 D, v
Contribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.

Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed* j% Q0 Q! M8 g( A, F H+ h
Communicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
. j7 Z8 U6 g. c9 K* g! {4 jProvide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution

Establish, maintain, implement and follow standard practices for programming.
" d/ C, W. f9 y2 m* ?8 @Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)+ R) m1 y4 z5 N: f; R4 a
Participate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
, B/ C1 G2 d/ T& ~: k, j0 q8 h0 fWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing
6 t- l4 e A# ^) a8 DLead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure
3 U" O2 m+ g% {( X7 m/ b4 EOccasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College' H+ |" Y7 |+ k( L! Y! k9 t
Two to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.$ r' |8 D# M0 C6 g7 w4 v
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)+ V. X0 _, d& h# r f
Experience interpreting process control documents.4 n) @! _6 _% h5 P% _# l9 p) L# W
Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
8 v5 R+ a: q7 \/ {- y; CProven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards
' `2 K& q) p: u, t6 v7 k! P+ iKnowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies# Q5 z$ b: V; t
Valid passport and driver's license.

Strong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.: f- h- P! ~* x( \6 P, C2 ^5 `/ B8 J
Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
3 R- [! K# Q( C9 a$ R J: |' JElectrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
; G$ W0 y& Z& M) U' y' W QAbility to operate under pressure on tight timelines while producing detailed and accurate documents
