- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

- Send orders to warehouse to process

- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
; s' M2 x+ t6 _- g- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
7 w' _6 q- j& X- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
8 R2 k, l4 f$ l0 r% E& a* s9 {, y- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
+ [9 w, a+ r  ~( s# d0 E7 C- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative) H2 ?. v9 [- m
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
3 _) V$ _; G& H- EDI accounts related work and others as required 0 ]% A; }. `/ h- {0 g

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.; [3 K, B0 J; K6 M+ J3 O8 r
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
' y& i. H8 e) z1 a! I- T- C- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
% R# n( t5 {- S- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
0 O% B5 A7 \1 g4 R. T$ ^- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.4 H; [! C/ V. j# d, }
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
- h, G+ I) I/ X* C0 L$ r" S: x- e' ]- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
* |$ R4 X% ?+ g/ E- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.1 W( K; }( ?$ N4 z+ Y3 P, x
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.. j0 N+ i2 y% z
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.* ]+ E7 Z" B! ?6 Y5 @% ~
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.& T9 a9 S% }5 a+ }1 d' h6 E5 a- @7 R
