- Check order Accuracy in time manner

- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

3 @9 m3 j6 K* }- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage3 Y* `5 I! `2 F6 J; ?, x
- Follow up and report about order status9 a# i1 p9 b1 X/ }! A9 H+ b$ w4 D/ r
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.7 J/ a! O8 M4 @) d- O
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.0 g2 I! G/ G5 w  r' z. M5 t
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently6 U; z2 o/ M* ~# J9 ]4 ~( n
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
! u/ c/ b7 U- \% Y/ O% R& ^- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
7 ~0 L4 i' \. o4 [3 E- G- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
+ T$ T7 n8 i) Z* C" x- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
! B& J: d8 P5 ?8 E5 {2 {+ r$ e1 Q/ ]1 W- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
" L1 A8 n- [$ I  I% J8 I- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
+ B5 R: s  q6 D5 o- EDI accounts related work and others as required
) u" g1 o* \9 L5 A+ m# v1 E

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.. d- \% d3 [, E7 k
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
  |( J' s+ @, G2 w9 D' {- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
# E9 A$ n- y* G) i- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.' l# T# ?8 n2 F% ]
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.  ^+ D; N, |  x  d  L: Y# Z
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.1 R- v+ ?  y1 ~5 v" t$ v8 Y3 C
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
5 K+ A* [+ {7 T0 ]& [( Q, ?- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.* u2 `" U# n) a# p. h4 u
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.9 }% n: y" K, T  S4 h
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
+ q. O" j8 n' U' \. }- V- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.+ ?+ A% f! E; o' K) |

- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required, j# U9 ?* I9 e" Z# |

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts& {7 Y. W: y  g% v9 K8 t" q
- Update system with Shipping information at order level
- @( E3 t# E- \8 V- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
