•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches. ?! J! `7 R/ x4 E$ K: W4 X
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary./ e0 {# R0 y6 T
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.4 o5 Z" m' i7 M! Y6 q- Q- q+ n
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.: h; F2 W0 |5 K$ Z5 \) _
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
9 ~$ n# n) R9 z4 T' T: S" p7 I1 ?•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
a: S& m2 C+ a/ U& ~3 h0 O•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.7 x1 M" E3 S( i% f! T, H, `
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
' j, T; j+ V6 H/ x8 t/ r4 \! H•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
' Z& I. s# n5 l! s•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).6 i' w) L$ v; s+ t+ O
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.7 m8 O& N* z3 t4 Q& t. a: z
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
$ p3 M& _) t' N- U8 j5 m•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience/ n" ]0 m& J& G) E$ D& f# L
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field. 0 E7 C, U8 w" I! y4 q
; f. c1 \' b! R4 ~2+ years network related experience.& \9 f/ M7 [) |7 H$ r1 s3 _
