Your Key Responsibilities
•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
/ n# ~  {! f4 i4 v1 }•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
; z4 {- S" z, Y. ~  n•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
& I' }; `& V& ]•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications
) [$ V( j/ Y- H8 x) B6 y! y# P
Your Capabilities and Credentials
•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
5 d& Q7 \4 F1 L' C! R•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
/ ]4 r4 t0 S( q4 W7 c* m5 J0 H•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
7 b) p$ z& @# N! o; E; b•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.

•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
