Job Duties:

9 Y) i( E0 h/ \  Q% v- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales

- Organize and distribute staff schedules

4 w' Q# O3 L; N8 @- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..
. c9 b$ U' r- x$ Q& c
- Opening and closing procedures

% E9 t8 I7 y/ f! Q" T" o- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution
% v; a! {4 N: r2 A, x% Q0 |* g
- Set up floor and window displays

3 S- Z+ ]5 L! X& A' `6 z- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

  `6 @# b- q9 \3 a- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

" Y, N* K5 y9 f7 f2 L7 W; Y) l% T- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork
" X5 g& [: d$ @2 t- K
- Must be able to multi-task

- Prior experience is a plus+
  
- Able to read Japanese is a plus
