不知道现在还有没有人担心今年涨不了10%的。

我觉得今年涨30%没有问题。不过不看好明年，尤其明年下半年。

The current average price is too low, it didn't reflect the reality of the market. The average price for single family homes is only $375K, can you buy a average house with that amount of money? What I know is that new houses which are under $400K are very rare. So I do expect the average price for single family will rise to above $400K in this year.

- c) B! ]: M+ q" j1 \New single houses are usually above the average. The old small houses around the downtown area(usually in the range of 200K to 350K) drop the average price down a lot. Please also keep in mind that the statistics of average price are from EREB, which counts the used house market from MLS only. If you put new house price into account, you will reach much higher average price.

我13楼的中心思想? 很简单, 就是新房价格并没有统计到EREB平均房价数据里.
