这房子在ESSO炼油厂北边. 正适合那的工作人员. 对他们来说, 26万和26.5万也许没什么区别.

今天闲着

这个房子还是不错的，状态比较好。今天本来也打算下一个offer的，但是因为有其他接offer的时间冲突，就没去。

只是它的面积看不出他标出来的那么大。最喜欢的是哪个阳台。

这个房子其实早就上市了，但是前一个合同没有履行，所以又出来卖。

我当时和一个买房子的客户，一起看的那个房子，我和他的感觉一样，这个房子面积虽大，但是设计的显不出那么大来。

today's edmonton journal reports that the real market is sitll very activethe price for all kinds of accommendations has risen ready by 10 percent since the start of this year. they predcit another 16 percent of increase by the end of this year. the truth is that there are so many buyer lining up ,but not enought supply of houes. that is the problem.
