1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
3 u) G" |- Q. a! ~. V2 ]; s. ~1 teaspoon salt

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ; D$ T9 z# S1 h1 t' K2 x$ H- z" Y

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
