适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread
+ H2 `2 |5 v7 p( p3 ^4 k) T4 j, u; @2 a6 U+ M
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- a: M% z% Y1 F7 j4 w8 w2 n* O, H2 packages yeast
. ~0 m- ?, c4 {! A% y! b1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  s: C. ]" Y+ h" q1 teaspoon salt9 ]& ?0 w& w& n0 L2 c" _
1/2 cup pineapple juice
5 n5 w6 h. n+ a( J! H% p( p1/2 cup water
/ Y! j) c) Y# j4 m# A) E' F1/3 cup shortening, m3 K. \+ M$ W- O
1/4 cup honey+ L, V: b+ |  o( K" F
2 eggs7 A  ^1 [) t- [9 K
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired$ r& M+ h" n7 H6 R

# m$ R# j, a1 m. Y2 [5 z/ y5 d4 rIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and6 c9 ?' j+ v$ a2 [/ ]
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice6 C/ ?& b& Y6 T. c
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;$ \  Q7 u3 _6 ?& p# l) S+ T
shortening does not need to melt.)5 Y7 z: G6 Q: S  |: q# m# p& G
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
  U; F" f& T9 M- Euntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

! \$ Y9 r1 B2 C1 M% ^8 z) nin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured ' T' ]5 ]) X7 O. w
surface2 C# ?- B4 g9 f, f+ ]. D8 R
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
8 g. u# _" u0 Z2 W1 B1 hturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

7 @6 ~+ O2 s7 n2 B. g0 x' x& f( bPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.7 |& _7 @% x/ N
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place : S3 T0 y9 o" g0 I

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree - I  n+ f+ x9 U  A% n0 c( W
for8 K6 }2 I8 t0 w/ i/ X. o
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
