适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.& G9 c1 v( F9 u

Honey Bread, f! z6 S) L4 t9 O2 f  L! F  z
+ _/ d* G) c' A. v
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
+ `; p! r+ l/ R2 u; U2 packages yeast+ K0 ?! m7 f9 b3 ]! P; L
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk7 R+ m0 Q. k3 \( z8 p
1 teaspoon salt
" q0 C8 i! \- ^( n8 g1/2 cup pineapple juice* W9 x. A' J2 M7 m4 w6 y
1/2 cup water3 k% z; [: w* Z7 c
1/3 cup shortening
3 _; d& x  [8 A1/4 cup honey' g, s2 o  w4 Y: w) `) o
2 eggs
, v3 }$ K1 z) d( v8 W$ U; i' E  R1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
& }* W  I' k* }  S+ _; s/ T" p  ?, u2 D
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
2 {1 k/ A* P; ^3 C" K( Qsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
# E% S& Q5 h& v1 Z) U, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;; y( [; x9 |- m
shortening does not need to melt.)
; E3 f, J9 B! p6 ^8 A( DAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
7 G$ B! D5 [0 n2 J% l7 w9 xuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually " D% j& A/ J" j
stir
) ^4 ?$ ]' A- o/ i5 x* p: f$ U3 ~$ p" uin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 0 T' R4 L; C5 B
surface
$ |7 s$ I  A( z9 e, L! wuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
; z, u6 j4 [, H  dturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
0 u0 {- H" a3 w3 x$ ^, S(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
' j  g) J+ n* d9 gPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 8 N# D, T; }* x7 f9 Z/ S& J9 Q! @
15  ^, y# A0 j7 r' G1 _
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
& N: n! B' D. n: W; jbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree " |: p, ~) y+ @6 r; ^3 [
for( F, G- j! F6 j% C7 r6 t8 o, W
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
