适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.2 W) {* F/ _; P$ |& F

. ~; L6 o1 b% [% c+ _3 h6 l% q$ M5 r1 T  w4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
! j9 U3 D. C+ S$ Y2 packages yeast% I9 `# N7 p' A9 b* `7 M$ a
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk4 D8 q" Q3 ^8 i
1 teaspoon salt
. p1 J5 K) w  [3 i  z9 {+ H1/2 cup pineapple juice3 o( M4 w, R. X1 L8 t/ {# j9 C
1/2 cup water3 I( y8 I5 k5 P( P3 C8 K- q! d
1/3 cup shortening( S2 |  \0 r* \8 w$ A+ f& \
1/4 cup honey9 ?! e& ^0 I+ }! {
2 eggs* g1 K& B' H1 n
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
) D7 \8 w8 s1 }: `
' L, y' g2 `1 J; E0 l* r$ s2 gIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
$ a/ Z, p9 ?' D5 x* t6 C! K- qsalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
& n/ {$ B# a* d: A7 F) T, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
5 ~* Q2 F- l4 w! B! ?$ Z6 Eshortening does not need to melt.)3 S! K7 a7 C$ X. C9 L
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
& v6 ~. F  ~. k# f: Runtil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually / @7 w" A# Q  V+ ^- t* \
stir9 A; g2 ~+ C- Y( a( `
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
9 Y8 P3 n  m- l, Ysurface
+ M9 g5 u" J$ u" \until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
+ c; W  ?0 {' q4 W& k2 n4 Tturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes  F' T9 k8 C% S4 d- y: o: c) A. ]
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).! c7 T. u. U- }; w$ c

  a+ k( m- N. R: K8 Z, U2 u3 WPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
; C& N# \& Y7 d& U! VPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place - k+ n9 I  m5 f" B
15# Z5 L1 m- [* d+ u! s# U% I
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly& C: A: l; q2 o& R! m1 ?
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
/ @5 `% j4 q" P: wfor# z6 X7 w  B4 |: [
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
