适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR  \" Y& s# B2 j) Z+ T4 H  q+ J
2 packages yeast
5 f7 ^1 m6 _! o0 J) R7 m. ]1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
4 S/ T0 y7 r8 R1 teaspoon salt% q  O5 E- v* V1 i
1/2 cup pineapple juice
$ |9 @; K7 Y+ b1 c) O; O1/2 cup water6 y$ ?* ~2 I8 k  n- ?8 V$ @/ b' P5 H9 S
1/3 cup shortening
0 t/ J% {2 T2 y2 c- e1/4 cup honey
$ X+ @8 P$ Y9 z, H2 eggs
$ Y" s0 M2 B; S( r* m2 h& A1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and7 z! I# d! y, K6 `8 o
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice" Z9 g. C4 z; a% m! l) Y% h( B
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;1 W3 A6 p$ O# z4 y) n
shortening does not need to melt.)
4 L+ @* H5 ~1 U: q5 C6 U; `Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
$ }4 f1 U3 H/ L$ Z. C$ }  Xuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

: w$ q6 E$ }( Y0 X  pin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
9 @' w9 E  R! ^surface  Q4 p: y9 P7 _1 ^9 ^" _9 D
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,  ?- g! t* F) z: K8 N/ \( @7 Y0 l
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
6 i1 r8 V* i7 C$ o(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.# a  T7 d. u" a0 i: _
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place " W6 p/ {6 Q1 o. l& S( ~& H
15. t# |5 N( q# m. z8 F# N* n# x6 {- V
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
. L+ d1 j0 M; P3 Y( t. {( t& sbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree % n! j. g, B# m; R+ ]3 O
for' s2 Y5 J$ |3 m0 U% q& a) H3 J
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
