适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

Honey Bread

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR. L$ _8 P2 X9 `7 _+ k
2 packages yeast1 Y% x8 ~8 H. V; D8 e) F% @, x
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk7 r- @3 O# Y1 W  ^$ d: N
1 teaspoon salt
8 J2 ~: v5 N+ d# ^- ~1/2 cup pineapple juice8 t& r- c! U, @/ z& w
1/2 cup water
6 C) K. {6 O' i0 @: C1/3 cup shortening
7 N4 {: T* I3 J) V1/4 cup honey

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

: i( ~/ W! e7 W9 x& b2 u; j: i! P, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;' W0 k) H0 |: }6 \% U) A; M
shortening does not need to melt.)" _  @5 f% H' p
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed; ?- X2 I  G8 q, t  d- m
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 2 G) W/ Z' e) v9 t% ~2 ~

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes# z$ M- y2 i4 S' G& E
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).6 d3 x+ `: G7 b1 E4 B

5 u( R/ t- q! CPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.1 Q& o! r* H9 q3 ^1 R
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place / b/ ]" N. L, g0 }0 s

( ^! \8 j0 W6 Q- N: ^beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 3 z. m  C' e' [1 `" @9 r; u9 p

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
