在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

1 {( j6 t; _" ]4 g6 A- U4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1 teaspoon salt$ M, P2 j }4 b# r
1/2 cup pineapple juice. d# L1 I. [4 u( C" S' ~' y5 h
1/2 cup water
' w, t% w0 m$ C! J% T1/3 cup shortening

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;3 g1 p4 P( _- H g, g: J

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed N+ }7 q9 g/ T5 A+ o1 M
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 6 X6 s+ u+ ^) N

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes2 S# ]+ @3 ^& ~- S m7 M1 s# U
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast). Y' W# h) b, K; ?6 A: h$ x

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
