在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

2 packages yeast

1 teaspoon salt
1 P, ~ }# n' O. {' ]1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/3 cup shortening" Z& ]& Q- n9 y/ G
1/4 cup honey

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed3 x+ t: @% V7 X; N
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 1 x7 B1 i6 b' N. W+ }4 q4 n" s

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

7 X3 n+ t4 o( j) I5 K8 euntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
6 i- D; m3 u2 sturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
