1. Manage all invoicing 

2 o5 V* `6 r( b3 R/ I2. Receive and respond courteously to customer inquiries by emails and calls
0 q: c* r2 s# `( T
3. Perform sales invoice data entry into  SPS  Commerce, MS  Excel and MS Access
2 s  l9 H4 g. U, v) ^% h3 U4 B
4. Generate reports to production team and sale manager
% b: A" l/ k$ q+ m4 T
' S' ]: h4 H+ l  R2 u5. Order office suppliers
8 T: }9 W9 o7 N3 K
6. Other duties will be assigned

Requirements

$ V- m8 c4 r+ n' r$ s- P( m1. Willing to learn and highly attention to details
2. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
# I% M4 j4 r9 g# D& h+ ?$ }3. Good organizational skills
" e/ @/ F" c* n, g# }4. Must have some computer skills
