In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

$ D# t, b9 @& n8 a& C1 v0 O  dAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
6 ]" r8 G4 T. tEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
0 k" P8 l9 b, U1 L0 dBe accountable for decision and actions
0 r) T- c9 B6 M+ EMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
! b# D. i- Q  C% y: K5 X) F
) l0 o9 g, ~, U7 h0 T/ x* L; c/ hA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline

. T8 r4 [: B7 X7 Z4 A: Q& e/ y
! E( ?! M0 E& a0 N1 p8 D0 XDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
7 _! [+ U5 n& Q* z5 o6 ~3 _8 pPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
' }- \- o, `/ n# H. K) J6 FSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
