最好能说普通话，心地好些的， 水平不错的。
- _. [) U  @1 Z* s7 c+ }$ ~去年的会计做的实在是乱， 我这不懂财会的都发现啦好些毛病，还不知道将来真的被查帐会发现些什么呢。保险起见，今年准备换会计。

精打细算

建议楼主先看清楚。 做会计最起码要有 CGA.  有 CA/CMA 就比较好。这些头衔是起码保证。 其他的，还要看你运气了。

别忘了，给你报最低税的会计， 未必是好事。 加拿大税务局有权追回你7年前少报的税， 到时，除了罚款外，还要追加每年的利息。 若上诉，会计师甚至有机会到法院证供时说你要求他们这般做的， 错在于你。

before you hire an accountant, make sure you ask few questions

1. Any designation such as CGA/ CMA/CA
2. When was the last time they have CE (Continue education) course with updated knowledge.
3. Do they have any Professional Liability Insurance. (In the event thay made a mistake on your tax in resulting CRA fine on you, are you covered by their insurance)
4 I1 k' ]5 e5 ~1 i4 What is their speciality. Can they work with or refer to others that have other speciality too? Or are they simply trying to do everything on their own.

He can speak both English and Mandarin fluently.
